Tashi Tshering, 4, is ready to join children his age at the lone early childhood care and development (ECCD) centre in Rangjung, Trashigang.
But with limited seat at the centre, Tashi Tshering’s mother is worried about her son’s admission. It was learnt that more than 30 children between three to five years have to wait for the next round of admission.
